Service members and their families Have special rights and protections under both the
Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
This webinar provides basic practical knowledge as to the rights of service members to get their job and benefits back after service. It also details the new rights of family members to take FMLA time for things related to active duty deployment and/or care giving for service members returning wounded.
