Do you know the signs of absence policy abuse?

Do you request recertification every 30 days when continued need for FMLA is questionable?

Do you grant employees job-protected leave before they meet the FMLA eligibility requirements?

These are just three of the many questions that you, as an employer, need to know the answers to.

FMLA has recently undergone major changes.  Are your policies up to date?  Are you using the new forms and following the new procedures?  What about FMLA for military families?  Are you aware of the latest court rulings and opinion letters interpreting FMLA?

Get solutions to basic FMLA administration problems as well as more advanced techniques for dealing with fraud and abuse in FMLA.  Know what to look for when you suspect abuse of leave.  This seminar provides insight into how court cases are changing the shape of FMLA, as well as how laws like COBRA, wage & hour law and ADA interact with FMLA.  Find out the latest trends and what’s been proposed for the future of FMLA, as well.
